Refund policy
- We do worldwide shipping.
- No return / No exchange policy for all oversea orders.
If you are in Taiwan, and need to return an item, please apply at emora.life@gmail.com within the 7-day appreciation period (based on the time of shipping).
We will not be responsible for return shipping charges and will not charge you for resending your item if it is not eligible for return or exchange.
Except for defective items, we will absorb the return shipping charges for exchanges after we receive confirmation of the defective item.
Return Process
If you have a return request, please e-mail us at emora.life@gmail.com and provide the following information:
- Order Number
- Product(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
- Name
Please use the 7-11 return slip to return the product to 7-11 ibon within 3 days from the day of application.
(Please refer to "Return Process" for ibon operation.) If the return code has expired and the 7-day appreciation period has expired, we cannot provide a second set of codes.
We will ask our staff to contact you to receive the returned goods, and we will send a truck to pick up the goods within three days from the next day of the return application, so please pay attention to your cell phone call to avoid missing the time limit for receiving the goods. If the return is not handed over to the home delivery staff within the deadline, it will be considered as late to accept the return, and in case of abnormal conditions, please contact customer service by letter within the deadline, and customer service will handle it for you immediately.
If you purchase a variety of goods in a single order and wish to return several of them, the previous receipt will be invalidated and reopened for you.
Reminder: Please use the cardboard box provided by the brand when packing your return to prevent it from being lost in transit.
If the returned item is lost due to improper packing, the return will be processed with the actual item received.
Return Instructions
Returns/exchanges must be in new and unused condition, with tags intact and undamaged.
Merchandise must be in new and fully packaged condition at the time of return.
Please include a receipt when returning the product.
Return the item to EMORA for review and refund only if the item is in good condition.
Each order may be returned or exchanged once and may not be repeated.
Failure to meet return or exchange requirements
Not maintain the original appearance of the goods, processing on the goods, such as modification, embroidery ... etc.
Not normal try on, long time wear resulting in obvious creases in the goods.
Incomplete accessories, tags (including tag string) are damaged or lost.
The goods have signs of water washing.
More than seven days to return and exchange appreciation period.
Return opening receipt is not returned. Activity gifts are not returned.
Return/exchange order has been processed.
If the product is a customized product (such as embroidery, change of size details, etc.), the product is not eligible for the online shopping appreciation period and will not be returned or exchanged.
If the product is intimate apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been unpacked in order to protect the rights of the next customer.
Defective products
Please e-mail us at emora.life@gmail.com to inform us of the defective condition.
Definition of defect: fabric damage, serious thread loss, large stain, broken zipper and other obvious defects.
Definition of non-defective: a few threads, slight stitching, very small stains, size 2~3cm error, screen color difference, unopened buttonhole, all are acceptable in the international inspection standards.
The product must be notified within the seven-day inspection period, and cannot be accepted beyond that period.
Currently, only defective products are accepted for exchange. (Same item exchange only)
Seven-Day Appraisal Period
The seven-day appreciation period begins on the day after the consumer completes the receipt of the purchase and ends on the seventh day. The seven-day appreciation period is calculated as follows: 7-11 is the first day after the day of pickup; Home Delivery is the first day after the day of receipt, regardless of whether or not it was signed for by the buyer (administrator/family, etc.) *Reminder: If you return too many items for personal reasons, we will suspend or terminate your privileges and eligibility to shop on the site.
