Overseas Shipping Restrictions

  • Worldwide shipping (international logistics handling fee)
  • No return or exchange service is available for overseas orders.
  • Products are shipped by S.F. Freight. The system will calculate the shipping cost based on the weight and the receiving area.
  • After checkout, you will be deemed to have agreed to the method of discretionary shipping charges and the handling of customs duties and logistics charges.

 

If you receive defective/wrong goods, please contact emora.life@gmail.com within 7 days (including holidays) from the next day of parcel receipt, we will assist in handling as soon as possible.

The official website is applicable to home delivery (only in Taiwan/outlying islands), supermarket pickup without payment (711, the whole family), overseas shipping

For domestic and overseas orders, please make sure the information is filled out correctly. If the delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrectly filled out receiving information, the buyer will have to bear the cost of resending the order.
In case of large quantity of parcels, the order will be delayed by 1~2 days, the actual delivery time will be based on the e-mail notification you receive.


Package Inquiry
After the parcel status shows "shipped", you can ask the customer service for the parcel number and the shipping platform on the next day.

Home Delivery Charges (Home Island / Outlying Islands)

Taiwan Home Island | Products will be delivered by post office, regardless of the number of products, we will charge a shipping fee of NT$120.
Taiwan's outlying islands | Delivery by post office, regardless of the number of items, a shipping fee of NT$220 will be charged.



Supermarket Pickup Restrictions

Volume and weight restrictions (weight <5kg, length+width+height≦105cm, maximum length of one side≦45cm, other two sides need to be≦30cm).
The system will automatically determine, if the size limit is exceeded, you can not choose to pick up the goods from the supermarket. If you still need to choose super pickup, please split the order.

* If you choose convenience store pickup, please fill in the name on the order form that matches your ID card and bring it with you to pick up the package. * Remind you that when the package is returned uncollected or rejected (7 days after shipment), you will be responsible for the logistics handling fee of $120. If the parcel is not collected for 3 times (including) without reason or malice, the company has the right to stop the delivery method, so please pay attention to your own rights.


Will I receive a notification when the package arrives at the supermarket?

You will be notified by SMS when the package arrives at the store.
The waiting period for supermarket pickup varies from 7 to 14 working days, depending on the SMS notification. Please use your discretion when placing an order for urgent shipments.

* When the package is not picked up or returned (7 days after shipment), you will be responsible for the logistics fee. If the order account reaches 3 times, you will not be able to use this delivery method.
